Worth the wait.

Is it worth the wait?

Definitely.

So, I woke up at 4 something in the morning.
Yes, without the alarm.
No, not all by myself. Technically.

My disgusting bug bites started itching the shit outta me again.
Just because i thought it was already healing and due to plain laziness,
i stopped applying the calamine.

Goddamnitttt!

Anyways, the match was scheduled at 5.45am Brisbane time.
So that means I had more than one hour to waste.
And my true saviours were there to keep me company.

Grace's, i'm fatfcuk and youtube.

" Sabrina, seriously tell me now. Why do you think that i'm the best player among them? "
" -_-" "

You can guess who, can't you?
:)

And so it started.
The feeling of being nervous, scared, worried and excited came back to me in the whole.
The gestures of crossing fingers, clapping, cursing and jumping all over were back in control of me.

Retarded, i know.

And the feeling of satisfaction filled me when i heard the commentator,

" Chelsea has to give Lampard the ball. Yes, they have to pass Lampard the ball to breakthrough. "

Feels so good.

I kissed kissed kissed my beloved jerseys on my room wall when Drogba made it 2-2,
allowing Chelsea to enter quarterfinals on aggregate 3-2!

Retarded, i know i know i know! I said i know!!!

:)

Chris came into my room.

" Sabrinnaaa, how old are we this year? 20 or 21 ar? "
" The hell? How old are you this year Chris? "
" No, i'm serioussss. How old are we ar? "
" Are you like serious that u don't know how old are you??! "
" I get confused sometimes. Are we 20 or 21? "
" Don't tell me you're gonna use 2009 - 1988.. "
" Wait wait. 9-8 is 1. Means we are 21 lar! "
" You were serious. "

*shakes head*

So yesterday was the first time we ever cooked a proper dinner.
As in, a proper Chinese meal. Rice with dishes etc etc.
And ta-dahhh!

And guess what we had after dinnerrrrrrr?

*Ngeks!*

Our very own cyber cafe = our dining table.
:)

*Thankyou Terence for taking the pictures.*

And this was our night.

The weather is changing again.
My mood is shifting again.

So, like i said.

It was worth the wait.

But.

Is he worth the wait?

I did. I do. And i will.

" My lecture is starting in 10 minutes. Now only you CALL!! "

First thing i got from ChangCheeSeong when I called all the way to Russia just now.
And after what seems like 5 minutes,

" Abeeee, i gotta go. My lecture gonna start d.. Talk to u another day okay? Love you, take care! "

And minutes later,

Deng.Deng.Deng. *My MSN conversation box pops up from the right corner of my notebook*

lost in space says:
thanks for calling

lost in space says:
i missed your voice

lost in space says:
but now u made me miss u even more

Awww, *hearts*.

It's frustrating.
As how it comes from him, but not from him.

Don't get me wrong.
I am more than happy to hear that from Chee.
But at the same time, it's frustrating.

I hate frustration.
I hate how my mind plays around with my thoughts.
I hate myself.

Where are you.

Where am I.

He'll be the prince and she'll be the princess.

Yes. I am amazed at how LDR can still bring this couple so close together.
I envy them.
It started off as quite a complicated relationship, but they managed.

They had such a sweet and memorable Valentine's.
I read about it; i've seen pictures.
I felt so happy for them.
I respected him.
I felt her.

It wasn't at all about what she has received; nothing about the gifts and flowers.
But it was about what he has gone through to make her happy,
what she has gone through in the whole waiting for this so very lovely day.
And everything became perfect; they became one.

I love them both. So much!

Speaking of love,
I was actually speaking to him last night on MSN.
And I was like, " ...yada yada yada, you know I love you. As a friend, of course. "
And he went, "I'm sorry. I can't say i love you too because my girlfriend and I made a vow on 11th of January 2009 that we can only love each other and no one else. "

Heeheehee!

Him, her, them.
Adorable, lovely, cute.

I know i just got a rejection of some sort, but i really can't help smiling.
Oh, i still love them loads!

:)

P/s: This is MY blog and i can write whatever i want to.

I am really so very happy that the internet is finally up.
Since, I have been locked up in my room in front of my notebook.

Flap.Flap.Flap. Chris walked over, " Anti-social-lah now! "

:)

I love internet.

So i was speaking to Eric last night.
The poor boy was stuck bored in Singapore while waiting for Eevonn's return who is currently in Japan(Lucky her!).
And he said, " What is there to do in Australia? Let's see whether Australia or Singapore is a more boring place. "

Well, let's see.

We watch the TeeVee, which most of the time plays boring movies.
We go out for groceries shopping.
We cook together.
We play football.
They play futsal.
We bring all our notebooks to the kitchen table and play Left4Dead together.

Yes.
Me.
Left4Dead.
Yes.
You didn't get me wrong.
Yes.

:)

Speaking of futsal,
Shaun told me the gang was going to play futsal yesterday night.
So i ran to Chris's room.

" Chris, you miss futsal back home ya? "
" Ya weeeiiii. "
" Just to make u feel worse, the gang back home is going to play futsal later at night! Byeeeee byeeeeeeee! "
*Runs back to room!*
" Wat the fark! Whooooooo!!! Wern Loong they all?!?!?! "
" Hahahahahahaah! "

Someone asked me to pop a question to Chris.
So during lunch today,

" Ahem, ahem. Chris, i have a question to ask. "
" Ya? "
" You know those people u used to play futsal with, who do you think is the best player? "
" You mean WernLoong they all? "
" Yeahhh. "
" Yap-lah. "
" SHIT-lah! He got his answer!!! "
" Wadafark! Yap ask one ar? "
" Yeah.... "
" But memang him-larrrr.. "

Pleasedon'tkembang.Pleasedon'tkembang.Pleasedon'tkembang.
And say thankyou.

:)

Anyways, my dear friend Luke has a fetish for super-extremely-large boobs.
And unfortunately, he couldn't find one under his roof.
And he was very desperate.

Eh? Luke wasn't the only desperate one.

I'm off to play Left4Dead! :)

Toodles!

Where dreams don't come true.

Last night, I had one hell of a good dream.
Sweetest and Weirdest.
Goodness gracious, i found myself being loved and kissed by the loveliest Edward Cullen.
It was so, very, superbly, extremely dramatic okay.

Here goes.

I was supposed to meet the Cullen's family.
And the blurry visions shifted to a large comfortable grass green meadow with beautiful, soft-coloured flowers.
And then to him with his exceptionally beautiful body on top of mine,
with his ice cold fingers softly brushing my cheeks,
and his ice cold lips on mine.

I know it's dramatic okay. I know.
And some of you might even be wondering,

" This is so damn fake. Who actually dreams and remembers them in so detailed?! "

Well, I do.
Not all, I have to admit that.
But I do remember dreams which have impacts on me.
*Just like this one. :)*

Don't be jealous.
'Cause sometimes, things get pretty ugly when sweet dreams turn into horrifying ones.
Seriously.

So yeah,

Dramatic, VERY.

Fake, HELL NO.

So you might ask.

Am i enjoying the company?
Yes.

Am i enjoying my life?
Maybe.

Am i enjoying the food?
Definitely not.

The food here sucks okay. Kay, fine.
Let me rephrase that. Most of the food here sucks.
And not to forget, e-x-p-e-n-s-i-v-e.
So it tunes down to expensive sucky food.
Sobs.

It was Emile's farewell the other day.
So Marcus took us to Regatta, a pub with a dance floor.
YES, a dance floor. :)

And guess what song were they playing?

LADY GAGA - JUST DANCE

Omg.
I dragged Bianca out and started dancing like crazy!
I'm sorry I lost control; Music makes me lose control! :)
But guess what?
I wasn't the only crazy one around that night.
Even FungKeng, Terence and John came hopping to the dance floor to tag along!
It's good music, no one waste good musics.
Also, perhaps the Rum and beer played a little part in their craziness.
*Psst, the beer here sucks. Diluted like crazy.*
No wonder it's so cheap. It's only AUD13 per jug and that was during late nights.
So if it was happy hour, what would it be?
It'll prolly be about AUD 8-9 bucks per jug? So it's cools! :)
*And psst! The RUM sucks!*
Luckily we had Chris to gulp down a whole lot of them for us.
That kindly explains why he was SO R-E-D that night. :)

Bianca and I.

Pretty boy Chris and the ladies.

On the dance floor. Love the lightings so much!

The guys(From left: Marcus, John, Emile, Chris)

The guys again, but with Fungkeng this time.

The DJ of the night.

That's Terence on the left.

Lovely people. Told you i'm enjoying the company. :)

That was then.
The weather's changing quite dramatically here.
Just yesterday, it was sunny hot.
And today, it is icy cold and the rain was pouring.
Please do remind me to get an umbrella soon, or i'll be dripping wet everytime i step into class.

And Hell Y-E-S!
The internet is finally up after 3 weeks of "I-am-so-lost-without-the-internet"!
So this truly means that,

WONG MO MO, here comes the 'NAKED' webcam session!
*Ofcourse with FungKeng still being the first to strip. We'll stick to the plan, yeah?*

and..

MARIANNE CHUNG, we can start the gossip-gossip sessions without interruptions! Remember to update me u know. :)

and..

YAP, I can finally fulfill my promise to you! And i miss my GY!!!

So I went to watch a 'makes-no-sense-to-me-at-all' movie last evening.
Great, another addition to my Top Ten Worst Movies Ever Watched List.
Aww, come on, you can guess what movie that is, can't you?

Yeap,
Watchmen.
I apologize to those who actually liked it or think that it is okay.
Because i think this movie is SO NOT okay. Not at all. I'm sorry.
Filled with violence with blood spurting all over, with arms chainsawed, heads chopped, cheeks bitten off.
Turn off.
Filled with sex as Ms Jupiter have sex with the other watchmen and no, they did not censor anything.
Turn off.
Such a slut.

Nonetheless, something did keep me entertained in the movies.
You know how Fungkeng hates seeing blood?
And you know that disgusted look on his face when he sees blood?
Yeap, i was enjoying his expression whenever disgusting bloody scenes appear.
So funny. Teehee.

So yeah.
Basically, i wanted AUD 5.50 plus 3 hours of my precious time sitting in a freezing cold cinema watching a movie which is now listed in my Top Ten Worse Movies Ever Watched.

WHOOOEEY! * Irritattteeeeddddd!!!*

And mind me,
I am actually writing this in my Corporations Law lecture now.
And there's this SO-DAMN-FREAKING-CUTE guy sitting behind!!!
But what's funny, it wasn't me who spotted him.
It was Fungkeng.

" Eh, that guy who just walked in looks like Frank Lampard wei. "

And it's so damn true. He looks like a young Frankie Lamps with a little bit of Christiano Ronaldo's hair and eyes.

Siggghhhhhhhsss.

Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow

" The decisions which are left to be made is difficult,

More difficult than anything else.

Since, i have chosen to ignore because i have no courage to face the truth.

But is it time already? "

So here I am, in St. Lucia, Brisbane, Queensland.

I have been here for more than a week.

Seems like just yesterday when i was at the airport worrying that my tears would fall.

I tried so hard to put on a straight face, and i am proud that i managed to pull it off.

I miss home, i miss family, i miss friends, i miss him.

So how's Queensland treating me, you might ask?

I'm staying at at 12-bedroom house, 10 minutes walk to Uni, 30 minutes walk to my campus.

Was wondering if the walk everyday would help me keep my body. (I know i'm fat enough, thank you.)

" I don't wanna GET FATTTTTEEERRRR!!! "

Pfffttttt!

Life here is very different.

No more Greyish Blue Honda City, Maroon Chevrolet, Silver Matrix, Black Myvi, Silver Waja, Black Altis, Green Picanto, Black Iswara waiting in front of the house to pick me up, no more treated like a princess.

Here, we got to walk everywhere.

Apparently, according to the Australians, they are all ' WALKABLE '.

Conjob.

It took us one bloody hour to reach our destination.

So we were smarter after that, we don't ask them no more, we take the bus. :)

We met quite a few friends.

First, there's the Skywalker, Luke.

He's our housemate, only seventeen this year. |
A very nice and mean person.

Nice 'cause his whole stack of DVDs are in my room. *blek!*

Mean 'cause he said i looked like a pole dancer. *damnyou*

But he's a DAMN GOOD COOK.

We had lasagna and pasta and desserts so far.

*And our parents are actually worried that we don't have enough to eat. Tsk tsk. *

:) Yesh, so that's our little Skywalker.

Then there's Luke's friends, Barnes and Backas.

Barnes - wears the same shirt for 3 days, takes off his pants in the middle of nowhere, talks cock.
Backas - drinks like there's no tomorrow, sunglasses stealer.

There's Emile and Marcus, the Med Students.

They were checking our blood pressure yesterday.
According to Marcus, " Your blood pressure is quite low."

Then it was Emile's turn, " OMG, she's DEAD! I can't hear nothing! "

And Diana, the Veterinary Science Student.
She's always missing in action 'cause she'll be on the phone 24 hours a day.

But she's a really nice person. :)

Then Bianca moved in.
She's only 18 this year, but looks super mature.

She's going to be teaching Chris to swim.

:)

Chris has been whining.

" I want to SURF, i want to SURF! "
" Whoa, Chris, you know how to surf? "

" Dunno. But i want to surf! "

" Err, do you even know how to swim? "

" No. "

Haha. =D

Oh, by the way, Chris refers to Lim Christopher, our little Goalie.

There was someone called Mushi aka Bangla. (I'm not trying to be a racist here, mind you.)
No offence, but thank God he moved out!

First, he smells. ( Luke : Omg! That guy smells like shit! )

Second, his room has everything. ( How the hell he fits everything inside? A fridge, a television, a microwave, 3 mattresses, a sofa, a bed, a study table etc. )

Third, he has trail of ants coming out of his room. ( FungKeng : Mahai! My room got damn chat a lot of ants! )

Fourth, he doesn't wash the utensils properly. ( FungKeng : I'm gonna Fuck kao him if he doesn't wash his dishes wei! )

Fifth, he cooks really tasty-smelling meal but doesn't offer a single bit. ( Not to say we'll dare to try em, but still! )

Really, he's freaky.

Hann came over from Melbourne to visit us on Thursday.

" How do i go over to your place har? "
" Take bus 412 from stop #16 or #41. Tell the driver that u wanna stop at Munro Street St Lucia. "

" Okay, i'll try. "

An hour later...........

" Fcuk this shit man, i'm taking a cab. Lol. "
:)

It is really difficult to find the right stop for the right bus to take u to the right place.
This is not Malaysia, where the buses stop anywhere and everywhere.

Hann arrived like 20 minutes later and we went to Toowong Village (which is equivalent to PJ's Curve maybe?) for lunch and some shopping.

So it was orientation week this week.
Thought it would have been really different compared to other orientations i've attended.

Disappointment.

The talks were still super boring.

However, they had this thing called Market Day.

It is the ClubJoiningcumFleaMarketcumFreebies day.

All the hundreds of clubs ranging from Commerce Club to Dancing Club to Chocolate Appreciation Club.

*Yes, they have weird clubs.*

Sides that, they have stalls selling Sunnies, and clothes and food etcetc.

Then they have many many freebies to give away.

Cheapos like Terence and Buford went in line again and again just to take and retake the freebies.

Can't blame them, there are free condoms.

=P

So here, we had to pay to join clubs.
Depending on what clubs you decide to join, the Malaysian club costs us AUD10, Dance Club costs us AUD2, Diving Club costs FungKeng AUD40.
So yeah, nothing is free.

But what's nice, they sometimes give out Krispe Kreme doughnuts for free at the entrance of the University.
So it's all goood!

OMG, FOOOOD AGAIN!
:(
